Wow... I can't believe that you are two months old already!
You have such a sweet disposition.
The only time you cry is when you are hungry or dirty/wet.
Except tonight. I think you are out of sorts after your shots :(
You have started to smile when we talk to you.
It makes those late night feedings so worth it!
Every once in awhile you will coo or make a high pitched baby squeal!
But mostly you are happy just to observe the happenings around you!
Alaina and Addie call you Buddy all the time... it's rather sweet.
Addie insists on picking you up, bouncing you or shaking a
toy right in front of your face despite all of us telling her to be gentle!
She loves you lots!
Alaina likes to tell me that you are upset and that you need something.
Even though you are happily sitting in your bouncy seat or sleeping :)
At two months of age you weighed in at 12 pounds and 4 ounces
and you are 22 inches long!

Every year I look forward to fall!
The crisp weather.
Wearing jeans again.
Not feeling like your face is going to melt
off when you step outside.
I also look forward to going to the local
orchard and picking some
delicious honeycrisp apples!
So juicy and yummy.
If you've never tried one you are missing out!
The thing about honeycrisp apples is that they are in CRAZY high demand.
As in the orchard only lets you pick them on certain days!
We were there a day late :(
Now if I want one I have to pay quadruple the amount.
Instead we got jonagold's... still very yummy!
We had fun and made some great memories :)

Have you ever had days as a mom where...
you never got out of your pajamas?
Which means you never showered!
Your kids have so many toys laying around the house
you forget what color your carpet is?
You want to make something for lunch,
but there isn't a whole lot in the house by this time of the week?
Your oldest is getting over an ear infection and
so everytime she opens her mouth she speaks "whinese"?
You are counting down the time til the littles go to sleep?
So you can go to sleep.
I don't either... I just was curious :)
So I know this is not the best photo ever taken, but
I had to show you the newest thing I just purchased on Craigslist! :)
I'm lovin' that site all of a sudden!
I'm going to be dreaming about what color to paint it all weekend!
I'm going to be using it as a photo prop again,
so it needs to be good for both boy and girl!
Maybe a robins egg blue?
What do you think the new color should be?

I always hear these great stories of how people scored such great deals
I didn't believe them, until it happened to me!
I am starting my photography business back up soon
and thought it would be super fun to have a doll bed as a prop!
I looked on Craigslist.
Immediately fell in love with it.
Was pretty sure that it would have already been bought.
Called the lady...
She said someone had dibs on it and was going to pick it up,
but if she didn't that it could be mine.
So I shed my tear and moved on. I was 99.9% sure I would never hear that
ladies voice again.
I was wrong.
She called me back and told me that the first lady decided against it!
I can't wait to use it!
Levi is a bit too big :)
I just used him as a guide so you would know how big the bed is!
P.S. This is an American Girl doll bed and retails for $80.
That is just absolutely crazy to me! I got it for only $15 :)

I LOVE Heather Bailey and her fabric ;)
So much fun!
Alaina loves her "special" dress too.
It makes a mom's heart smile!
So Cerebral Palsy just flat out sucks! Not gonna lie about that.
I mean it's really hard for us, as Alaina's parents to watch her struggle!
It's like a dagger to the heart when she says,
"mom, I want to take ballet" or "I want to go run with the other kids!"
Lately as she is getting older she is more conscious of her wardrobe.
Including her shoes.
But as you can see in the photos above she wears braces.
These are to give her stability and to help her flex her foot...
otherwise she is a major toe walker!
So it is extremely hard to find shoes that fit over these clunkers!
When we went school clothes shopping she wanted to try on shoes.
So I obliged, thinking we wouldn't find anything, but ugly, stupid sneakers.
I was so wrong.
She found a sparkly pair of princess shoes and they are pink to boot!
She is smitten!
So even though I loathe the disability that is called CP.
I absolutely ADORE my daughter!

I'm not going to lie to you.
Lately, it's been rough and I'm having a harder time to
not be stressed out!
You know the days...
Your kids completely ignore you (as in right now it's happening)
There aren't enough hours in the day to do what you want, i.e. SLEEP
and I am just wanting/needing some time to refresh and rejuvenate!
So today when I felt completely overwhelmed with life and the day to day
I looked around my house to find the things that make me smile!
I'll tell you what these things are starting from the top left hand corner
1. A picture that Addie drew me! I love her art!!!
2. The alphabet :)
3. Peanut butter, YUM can't wait til we get out Honeycrisp apples to smear it all over!
4. Cut outs of me and the hubs on our honeymoon. We were so young!
5. My new iPod... LOVE. I can now see why people are addicted to there iPhones!
6. My new Macbook Pro... Thanks Jeremy.
7. The sign that hangs in our living room, "All Because Two People Fell in Love"
8. Colorful beads on the floor. (Which currently have been there all day and for the past hour I have been trying to get Addie to do her job and pick up her mess! It's not going so well!)
9. The Ikea magazine
10. A necklace I made myself!
11. The Etsy print from here
12. Addie was good in her motor movement class and got a stamp.
13. Levi smiling :)
There you have it folks. Now go through your house and find stuff that makes you smile!

I just made this dress!
Addie calls it her special dress :)
She wants to wear it all the time.
As in everyday &
Some days I wish I was 4 again.
As soon as I upload the photos on my camera
I will show you Alaina's special dress too.
For her dress I chose the Nicey Jane fabrics by Heather Bailey :)
