I am beyond excited...
awhile back
Abby from
Style Me Prettycontacted me and
wanted to purchase some
of the
Garden Party Bunting.
{my best seller to date!}
She had told me that
she was purchasing them
to decorate for her
daughters first birthday!
She was entering the party
into a contest :)
I kind of forgot about it,
until last night someone
had written me a convo
wanting a bunting just like
Audry's pink birthday party.
Clueless, I asked her if that was
a certain pattern for some fabric,
and she said no...
I found it
here!˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚˚
Oh and today was
Alaina's full first day
of Young 5's.
I was nervous and
excited.
I've been wanting
to get this week behind me
for awhile now.
I think I am just overwhelmed
wondering how the world
will accept my daughter?
So today I arrive with enough
time to get her into class
and do the morning routine,
when I backed into a mini van!
I was in total shock that
I just did what I did,
plus completely embarrassed!
This was the last thing I
needed. After we found out
that there was no damage,
she wasn't so annoyed, but
still I was on the verge of tears
and I just wanted to go hide in a
corner! If you have kiddos in
school, you know that in
the morning the parking lot
is BUSY!

Also, I just came back from a
lovely 2 days away.
I get to go to an annual ladies
retreat every September.
This year I laughed so hard I cried.
Well that is no different
from any other year.
It's not very often that a group of
woman can get together and act
like they are in their teens :)
A bonus was I got to
hear some of the most
amazing
guitar playingon the face of this Earth!
